Joined Multiple Option Mortgage Services in 1998. Working in or around the real estate business since she was a junior at Assumption High School.  Like many in this business she came to it organically and is lucky to have parents that have been instrumental in her professional career.  Her father ran a property management firm which she worked part-time through college.  After graduating from Bellarmine University she worked full-time as a property manager and residential agent until 1998.   She then began her journey at M.O.M.S. with her mother, Pat Parks.  Starting as a loan officer and within several years being promoted to Vice President.   Now the President and Owner, she could not be more thankful for the founders that help “raise” her.  Also thankful to the team at M.O.M.S. to help our customers achieve their home ownership goals. 

Shelly Jones

Office Manager and Production Specialist

Joining M.O.M.S. in 1999, after working for National City Bank as a banking and branch manager for over 15 years. She is a graduate of Doss High School and Western Kentucky University.   Shelly has a great working relationship with all MOMS national and local lenders.  Helping our clients with receiving clear communication for items needed to compete the lending process.  As Office Manager and Production Specialist, Shelly’s 30+ years of working knowledge of the banking and mortgage industry assist our clients close their loans as quickly as possible with the least headaches.

Robert Jones

Mortgage Loan Originator 

Robert is a graduate of St. Xavier high school and Indiana University. Joining our team in quality control and has since moved on to become a Mortgage Loan Originator.
